bru that will take a return from registry w/o the box?
The bassinet we got from my shower did not work out but we tossed the box. BRU customer service said that each BRU has their own individual policy on returns w/o boxes. Anyone know a store that will take returns w/o a box? Figured I'd take a shot before I start calling around.

I think you'd be hard pressed to find BRU that will take it back, esp since they got so strict with their return policy.

Clever idea  but mine is not defective- it didn't work out b/c my nosey cats kept trying to jump in- so we needed the crib tent which didn't fit that bassinet (ended up w/ pnp). Thx tho.

do they sell it at a diff store? perhaps u can try elsewhere.
if not...perhaps maybe try selling it on here or like craigslist???

I had the worst experience trying to return or exchange things at BRU. Definitely don't try the one in Westbury if Lynette is still the manager. She accused me of trying to rob BRU of about $20 when I was actually just trying to do an even exchange.
