That's how I feel about my experience with them... OMG they are AWEFUL!! I think they gave me early contractions Im so mad! That is all. Carry on.

BRU SUCKS!!!!!!
Yup they're terrible. You have to know what they're good for and limit your use to that only. I stay far away... except today when I had $5 free I printed out to use there. And found an item that was $15 cheaper than the amazon price there by some miracle that I'd been stalking for weeks. So sometimes they can be useful, but only if you get very lucky. Their return policies and customer service suuuuuuuck!

I would like to know as well. I keep hearing bad things about their return policy...would love to know what their deal is BEFORE I register.

Its too long to type.. here's the 2 page letter I just wrote to them
To Whom It May Concern: I am writing this letter at the suggestion of one of your employees. My mother purchased two cribs (Anastasia Davinci 4 in 1-White) as a gift for our twins that are due next month. We received the cribs and as my husband put it together, he noticed that 2 parts were missing. We called BRU and were assured that we would be sent replacement parts and would hear from BRU within 2 business days. After 4 business days passed, I called again. I was disconnected and when I called again, was told that someone would follow up in 2 business days again. Since that time, my husband and I have made several attempts to contact BRU for a solution. The associates that we spoke with never had any information for us and gave us responses like “I guess you’ll hear back in a few days” or “there are no supervisors available to speak to” or “I don’t know why you haven’t heard anything or received your parts”. I want to assure you this is not an effective way to do business or resolve a customer complaint. In knowing that I received a faulty product, have twins arriving shortly, and placed my trust in BRU to do their job, I expected someone to have taken ownership of this issue and assist us. I registered with your store and many items were purchased there and in return I have received a crib with missing parts and poor customer service that tells me you do not care about the customers you serve. In addition to the missing parts, when registering I was assured that this particular crib came with the conversion rails for a toddler bed when we are ready to change. Once we opened the box, we learned that wasn’t the case. I want to remind you that I was making decisions based on the guidance that one of your associates had given me. Today, after being “disconnected” twice I called and demanded to speak with a supervisor who assured me that there was nothing he could do for me about the missing parts because it’s not part of procedure. He informed me that if I wanted to file a complaint, this would be the forum in which to do so. He could not provide a phone number or email address to speed up the process. Again, knowing that I am in a time sensitive situation, this is unacceptable. He told me that BRU would offer a refund if I agreed to disassemble the crib and bring it back to BRU. This is not an appropriate solution when you’re expecting 2 babies to arrive in the near future. I would think a store that focuses on serving mainly the needs of babies and pregnant women, they would understand that. I have to add that during one of the phone calls that my husband made, the associate assured him that his excessive wait time was due to the fact that she was researching procedures for contacting Davinci as they are a manufacturer that BRU deals with directly for replacement parts. In speaking with the supervisor today, he instructed me to call the manufacturer directly because BRU had no answer or no indication as to whether or not I could expect to receive the missing parts. I did not buy the crib from DaVinci, I bought it from BRU. Why should I have to make additional phone calls to accomplish a job that BRU should have addressed in the first place? Nevertheless, I need to make clear that he gave me the wrong number for the manufacturer, which cost me more time and aggravation. This also happened in one of my earlier calls where a woman gave me an 800 number to call a supervisor directly, when I did that they could not help me either. I looked up the number for Davinci myself and received a response in less than 3 minutes. The missing parts have already been shipped. They cannot accommodate a request for the conversion rails as that was a mistake made by an employee of Babies R Us. At this stage, I’m sure you can understand my frustration and dissatisfaction with the products and services that I have received from Babies R Us. I don’t know how else to rectify this situation but regardless, your Corporate Headquarters needs to be made aware of how terrible this experience has been. It is evident to me that there is not enough focus placed on the needs of your customers especially since I received the same type of service with several different calls and people. My husband also received the same type of response. I sincerely hope you find a way to improve the service you provide. It has been an exhausting and very disappointing experience with BRU thus far. I rgistered mostly at BBB but some things worked out cheaper at BRU, that's why I registered there as well. What a mistake.

Hmm... I don't know... they might just delete it lol. I see people post complaints on britax's wall all the time, and their customer service person gets back to them really fast. It's pretty amazing!

I don't know who you're sending the letter to but I highly recommend you look up the higher ups of the company and send each of them their own letter. I've found this to be the most effective method when dealing with dissatisfaction of services.
