BRU registry trouble......
Did anyone have a problem when registering at BRU? I was there over the weekend and picked a bunch of stuff and when I went home to check my registry online a bunch of things werent on there Some of the things I picked were on there but in a different color and some things I wanted 2 of showed up as 4. I had to try to fix everything but I am hoping I remembered everything.

Not so much that problem, but the problem I had was even if someone had the registry scanned at checkout, the items were still listed as not bought.

This, for me, too. Which also means that we didn't earn the Rewards points for those items. AND I ended up with doubles of things at my shower that I didn't think I was even going to get ONE of!

Re: BRU registry trouble......
I had this issue when I registered and noticed it recently with a relatives registry.
Some things when scanned automatically default to a certain color (I had a Born Free formula dispenser I wanted in two separate colors and it kept defaulting to the same one).

I even tried deleting it and added the right color again online but it kept going to the wrong color. Were you able to fix this?

Re: BRU registry trouble......
I didn't have any problems with BRU and my registry. I was shocked because I have read about so many issues from girls on here. I didn't have a big registry there, most of my stuff was from BBB. I did get a double from BBB but no doubles from BRU. I would call them and explain what happened. That is def really annoying.

No... I just gave up and figured if I got the wrong colors, I'd end up exchanging for the right ones.

Re: BRU registry trouble......
Also, at BRU, be sure that you don't get magically registered for any Protection Plans (unless you want them of course).
I specifically asked NOT to have any Protection Plans on my registry, and 2 of my guests were sold a plan they were told I wanted. I went and complained to a Store Manager but got nowhere--its a total scam.
