BRU Registry- Disappearing Item
Has anyone ever had an item disappear off your registry but never go on the "bought" section?? It just disappears?? I had the JJ Cole Bundle Me for the infant car seat and I was just looking at my registry and noticed it was gone... and it didn't show that anyone bought it.
I called BRU and they have no record of anyone buying it either so they put it back on. Now I feel like I have to watch my registry even closer!

I think they may have discontinued the bundle me Lite because I had it on mine as well, and now it is all the way on the bottom with no price and you can't buy it online. I just put a different one on yesterday

I had something similar happen to me....my friend said she bought something off my registry but then it was completely gone for a day or so. Then it went back on, but it said it hadn't been purchased? I also had something that was discontinued come off as well.

This just happen to me the other day, Our changing pad just disaperaed, no one bought it it was just gone. Id give it a few days and if it dosnt appear then i would just add another.

This happened to me with the bedding I went on my registry to add something and my bedding was gone. So I called them and they put it back on.
I also had issues with thing that were purchased and instead of being marked purchased they were taken off my registry.
When I went to return the doubles I got, they gave me a hard time... (because your registry is your receipt)good thing I had the print out of my registry with the items on it. It is so frustrating!

It wasnt moved to anyother part of my registry and is not being discontinued... it just disappeared! I called customer service and they dont know why it was taken off so they put it back on.
So annoying.
