What does it mean when it says "this item is temporarily unavailable"? It says that on some big things on my registry!

ugh i just went thru all of and went crazy!!!!
somethings that are usually available on line may not be "right now" but that does not mean it is not in the store. DH and i went to the store to make sure they had the stuff in and they did.
it drove me crazy!!!
