Hoestly, it depends on the person working the register. My sister works there & there is a constant battle over what gets a Credit & what gets cash back. Supposedly they are supposed to ONLY give cash back if it is a regular receipt that shows the price paid & that it was a cash transaction. If it is a gift receipt then they are supposed to give a store credit.

I also wanted to say that if the item was purchased from the internet, and not the store they will not give cash for that either.
