brownies
Okay so I want to make coconut topped brownies for a party this weekend and I just need some help.
I bought the box brownie mix with a bag of shredded coconut's.
So my question is... Do I put the coconut pieces on top of the brownie mix before it goes into the oven, 10 min. Before they are done OR after they come out of the oven ??

Depends if you want the coconut toasted or not.
Make a test batch of toasted coconut to see how dark you would like it. Toast some for 10, 7 and 5 minutes to see how dark it comes out and how it tastes.
I personally don't like toasted coconut.
