I'm sure if she wore this all the time, everyone would say she looks frumpy. But in comparison to her everyday wear, she looks good here!

Plus this is not as frumpy as the stuff Jennifer wears.
If Jennifer wore something like this I'd say- Cute!
But an ill fitting khaki skirt that looks like it's on backwards- Frumpy!

I can't believe how many people think she looks cute. This looks like something a 16 year old would wear not a 31 year old. There are plenty of comfy things that are more grown up. I mean even just a regular tank would have make it better.

Honestly, it's the fit, not the clothes themselves. Her clothes fit like she bought them at K-Mart.
ETA: Brit is in sweats so they are supposed to be big and comfy... not like a ill fitted khaki skirt Garner wears regularly.
