I am going to kick myself for writing this BUT...
I actually like her outfit here. Granted her hair is a hot mess and her make up is too, but if I saw the outfit on a hanger and not on her, I would buy it.

I think she looks great here. I like the outfit, see nothing wrong with the make-up, just her hair and that is going to take time to look "normal" again.
