Britney Has to Pay K-Fed $$$ -- Indefinitely
TMZ just obtained a curious item in the Britney/K-Fed divorce war.
We've gotten hold of a document that discusses K-Fed's right to spousal support. It says Britney shall pay her ex "the sum of $20,000 per month, payable on the first (1st) day of each month, commencing on November 1, 2006, and continuing thereafter until death of either party, remarriage of Respondent (Kevin) or further order of the court..."
As we first reported, K-Fed signed a prenup which cut off his $20K support after November, 2007. The order we just obtained was signed by the judge -- today.
Is it possible they've settled their custody dispute by rejiggering the spousal support deal? Stay tuned!

He is such a bumb and needs to go get a job and make his own money. What a freeloader. I think $$$$ is the only reason he wants full custody of those boys.
IMO he is such a LOSER!

well with the current happenings, I think he is much better for those poor babies than their train wreck mom

that's a pretty standard divorce clause, although I don't think the average person gets $20k a month.
I have no sympathy - she knew exactly what she was getting when she married him.

I totally disagree. He is out and about partying all the time too just nobody is really that interested or concerned with him b/c he is back to being the nobody he was before her met Britney.

I agree. And not for nothing, she's lucky her mother put a kobosh on that 1st marriage. 50 something hrs or not, I'm sure he could've fought for something since she didn't have a pre-nup.

and what's weird - with the prenup she has with K-Fed, the $$ train was supposed to stop. obviously something big happened that started it back up.
I wonder if that's not really child support and she's trying to save face.

Yeah, I found that strange also. Looks like somethings not being reported. Which is fine. It should be a private matter. I really don't need to know they hows and whys of theirs or anyones divorce.

that's the problem- they DID have a prenup. apparently the judge overruled it.
judges can't really overrule prenups. they can deem them to be invalid, but that would toss out the entire thing, which doesn't seem to be the case here. since Britney is the one who executed the prenup, something made her extend the time.
