Bringing breakfast into daycare

Do you warm it up first then send it or have them do it? Trying to think of breakfast ideas and make it as easy as possible for the morning staff that does breakfast with the early kids.
Mason usually has a packet of oatmeal. I asked what they do and they said whatever is easy for me, but I don't want to put everything on them.
Maybe I should get a thermos? Do you warm pancakes and add syrup then wrap it?

Thanks?

My DS doesn't mind food that's cold and we don't syrup on anything. I usually warm up Van's French Toast or Pancakes at home. He also likes earth's best mini waffles. I cut it into peices and put it some foil to bring into daycare. It's not to hot or too cold. I put his lunch into a themos, but you can easily put the breakfast into a themos if he likes it warm. We don't have a microwave, so I make in my toast over and it's a little crunchy

when i send DD in with eggs or frech toast. I make it at home (french toast i premake freeze and then use the toaster oven to heat it up) cut it up since she is only 10 months, and put it in a themal and send it in.

When DS used to have breakfast at daycare they would reheat it.

DD's daycare teachers re-heat everything for her. I'll make eggs or pancakes the night before and send them in in a cooler.
