Please recommend a baker for a bridal shower cake. I would like to stay within Eastern Nassau to Western Suffolk.

I have used Madame Butterfly a few times. She does spectacular work. She's in West Babylon.
This is my 40th birthday cake. I am a huge anglophile and my husband threw me a British themed party.

Bridal Shower Cake - need a baker!
for my DS christening I used Didis Dessert she was reasonable cake looked great and from what I heard tasted good (I don't eat cake so I didn't try it). For his bday I am trying Dawn Olson her prices were more reasonable and I heard great things and she was available this time (I contacted her for DS christening and she as not available at the time)
