Breezy Point cabana?
Anyone know if you need to be invited or sponsored or whatever to get a cabana there? I really don't feel like calling up 3rd cousins and asking.

It is, but the cabanas are an additional 3-4k.

Oh, then that is about right. I think the average on the island is between $3000 - $5000 for the summer.
