Breezeways
Has anyone ever done over a breezeway? (it's a room inbetween the garage and house - not heated). I'd love to see any pic's you have. I think they're pretty common with capes.

Re: Breezeways
I have a breezeway but ours is open to the backyard, not screened in.

Re: Breezeways
I am interested in changing a breezeway into a formal room. It's quite large. Or can we just put some sheetrock and lay a floor and call it a room?
I think it would increase taxes, does anyone know.
Thanks! Andrea

Can you give me an idea of how much this costs? Are your taxes going up?
