Breastfeeding question
DD is a month old and the past two days that I've pumped after her morning feed, I've noticed I get significantly less milk from my right side and my left side has been pumping a bunch more! Last week, it was about even. I've also noticed the past few days my left is way bigger than my right. Is there a way to fix this? Should I try to feed her more on my right? I don't want to have lopsided boobs!

Breastfeeding question
Which side did you feed her from first? Obviously you will get less milk from that side. If I feel them getting uneven I will do 2 sessions in a row from the same side, or you can pump the other side while you feed DD.

I was feeding her from my left side first, so I think that's what happened. I guess I will try to to feed her from the right first and hopefully it will regulate a little?

Yes. If you feed from one side at a feeding, start the next feeding on the other side. If you fed from both, then start the next feeding on the side they nursed from second.

Yes. If you feed from one side at a feeding, start the next feeding on the other side. If you fed from both, then start the next feeding on the side they nursed from second.
I agree with this. I always found that one side seemed to produce less so I always started on that side in the morning for the first feeding and then I rotated. I tried to end the day starting on that side and also during any night feedings.

Thank you for the responses. I usually feed from both sides, so I will try starting on the right and see what happens.
