breastfeeding/new mom support groups in Huntington area
I have so many questions and this all so new..
Going online is not always an option.. is there like help lines or something you can call or groups you can join?

Look into La Leche League. You shoudl be able to find a group that meets in your area and go to a meeting and meet other mothers!

There is a BFing support group that meets weekly at the Dolan Center on Pulaski Road.

unless im mistaken it seems to only be in the city.

I believe this is the one run through Huntington Hospital...there is some information on their website - as far as the number to call.

I don't remember anything else. I was told about it when DD was born at Huntington Hospital. I live too far away to drive their every week for it given the current cost of gas. But here is phone # for Dolan Center 425-5250.
