Breast Pumpers
Where do you store your milk? I bought the Avent Isis pump but it only comes with 2 bottles. Should I buy more of the Avent storage bottles even though I plan to feed her with the evenflo glass or can I pump directly into the evenflo glass bottles. Evenflo also sells breast milk storage bottles. Should I get those or Should I get the storage bags? So many questions...you can tell I'm confused

Re: Breast Pumpers
I only pumped a few bottles a day so I pumped directly into the bottles. I found this to be easier When I pumped extra milk, I would use the bags.

I have a Medela PIS and use the medela bottles to store in (I bought extras)...I use the storage bags for when I am freezing milk or when I am away from home and can't easily clean the bottles...I find that storing the milk in the refrigerator is much easier in bottles than in the bags...

Re: Breast Pumpers
I have the PIS Advanced. I use the bottles and cooler that came with the pump when I pump during the day. I use the bottles for fridge storage. I use the bags for freezing.

Re: Breast Pumpers
I used Gerber storage bags. I found them really convenient. When I was storing BM in the freezer I would put them in the Gerber bags and then bag a few in freezer ziplocks.
