Breakfast at LGA??
Do they have someplace to get a bagel as Burger King can be very greasy.

if you mean laguardia airport - then yes there is an au bon pain before you go through security

Last time I traveled I packed a PB and J sandwich for my breakfast.
I get so sick of the fast food and Burger King Meals, sometimes I just want a light, nutricious breakfast.
Anyway, this worked out great and I just had to buy a cup of coffee.
Just an idea, someone mentioned this to me and i was like, wow, i didn't even think to do that. Just no liquids :)

You can also stop at Bucaneers Diner on your way. It's on the intersection of Astoria Blvd & 94st.
