Bread machine Bread
I got a bread machine for christmas with the hopes of making delicious whole wheat bread.
Does anyone have any good recipes? So far I have only found 1 that I like for honey whole wheat.
how do you keep the bread fresh? It seems to go bad in one day so I am feeling disappointed as this will not work for our weekly sandwiches.
anyone else use a bread machine?

My dad always wrapped our bread in saran wrap. But it was so good it rarely lasted more than 3 days anyway.
Did the maker come with a recipe booklet? I know ours did.

Yes it came with a very small booklet but I am trying to find the perfect bread for sandwiches KWIM.
Anyone else have any ideas/tips?

I freeze the bread after it is made (and after we're done eating most of it).
I've only used the bread maker recipes from the booklet so far.
Italian herb and the cheesy onion are good breads.
