bread flats for bruschetta
Hi I am making my own bruschetta to serve on top of toasted bread flats as an appetizer tomorrow.
Should I just buy the flats already toasted and use them or make my own? Can I just slice the bread and bake it a few mins on each side? How would one go about this?

slice up a baguette and bake on both sides, then rub with an opened garlic clove.
