Braxton Hicks...
Is it normal to get Braxton Hicks Contractions at the same time every day?
For the past 3 mornings, I have gotten them around 5 or 6 am. Actually just slight, period like cramps. They last about 1/2 hr and then it stops. Is this normal??
I am 29 1/2 weeks....... I know I should be getting them.. but I tohught it was a little odd....

I agree. I know that for me, BHCs don't last a half hour. Maybe drink water as you wake up in the night to go to the bathroom.

You should keep a glass of water next to your bed. When you wake up with BH, have some water and see if they subside.
