Braxton Hicks....
I think I'm having Braxton hicks, it's on and off tightening in my lower belly. It literally comes and go's. they arent really consistent and not painful. Just pressure and tightening. How long should they last/can they last?

Braxton Hicks....
Drink some water, change positions, walk around a little.. If you have more then 4 or 5 within an hour at the same interval apart with similar intensity call your Dr. That's what my dr told me.
