braxton hicks?
Does anyone else get a lot of these throughout the day and night? I have been getting anywhere between 6 and 10 a day and I am not liking it too much...
they make me nervous. Is this normal at 28 wks?

I am gettting a few, but not regularly. My friend who is on her third child gets them somewhat regualarly. Maybe mention to doc.

I get about that amount too..I notice that I get more when I dont drink enough water or have been on my feet to much.

I notice that too... they scare me! I am going to try to drink a lot more today and see what happens. Thanks!
Braxton Hicks are practice contractions...you will feel your belly get tight and it last a few seconds (probably 30-45 for me). The shouldn't really hurt too bad, although I hear they can at the end of your pg!!
