Brain Farts
I just spent the last 5 minutes trying to remember how to spell "couldn't". I really had no clue, and it still doesn't look right to me. 
Please share your latest brain farts, so I don't feel so bad.

this one isn't my latest, but it does relate to yours.
it was so bad it has suck in my mind all these years lol
a few years ago, i found myself sitting at the kitchen table literally pounding my fist on the table because i couldn't remember how to spell "of." i kept thinking there should be a "v" in the word.
aahh, brain farts... gotta love them!

I had a brain fart during my interview today, and still cant remember what I asked before it was interrupted with by a phone call
and I have a brain fart everytime I have to log in to somethin :( forced to reset

I baked a cake for a friend... I do this all the time. I make cakes as a side business.
I made the batter, lined the pans, put it in the oven... and then ripped it out immediately because I forgot to put in the eggs.

Yesterday and today I keep forgetting if I did something - locked the door etc. Have forgotten what I was just about to do. Put food in the oven and forgot to turn it on.

we passed a highway sign for "N.Y. City" and I suppose I'm so used to just seeing NYC or the whole thing spelled out that I asked aloud, "where's New York City?" , totally not realizing it as referring to manhattan!
I've also forgotten how to spell of. Glad I'm not the only one!
