With my first I did a green room with a pottery barn animal bedding. I have expresso color furniture.
My second son had to share a room with my older son so I have a really nice blue colored Walls with pottery barn kids the hungry caterpillar bedding and decor.
My third son Im really into grey. I want to do either a grey, white and blue room or grey, white and yellow. Probably some pottery barn bedding and decor this time around again. ( I love pottery barn) I would love to do some kind of design on the grey walls like white lines or something like that.

Boy Nurseries
We don't have a theme per say, but are doing white, gray and navy as our colors. It will be modern and clean looking. The bedding is PBK (just so you can get an idea of the style). Our accents and wall decor will be sports themed (sports lamp, sports mobile, sports wall art) but it wont be in your face sports themed.
We plan on having either a decal or wood letters over the bed with DS's name. That's all I can think of off the top of my head. We definitely took some inspiration from Pinterest and PBK displays but I like that we plan to put our own twist on it with the sports stuff.

We are doing a nautical theme. Just waiting for the new windows and carpet to be installed so we can set everything up. If it wasn't for the last minute, nothing would get done. T-34 days....

don't have a theme just sort of the colors we want to go for - navy, orange and green. I wanted grey furniture initially but a family member gave us their crib which is dark cherry so we will now going to be doing that. we do need to find a dresser.
general look I am overall going for is not nursery looking room, more modern, easily updated as the baby grows.

Just finished doing exactly this, with some light blue accents to soften it as well. I'm in love with the room/this color scheme and I think it'll grown with him well.

We didn't know for our first - so we went neutral - did sheep and baby animals - it was cute and he liked it as he got older. Love the aviation idea and nautical themes!

We didn't do a theme per se - not my thing.
We're really into vintage, retro décor, so we basically did that. Lots of retro, vintage touches that we pieced together.
I've gotten tons of compliments on our nursery.
This was about 85% completed. Now there's another light on the side of his crib, a crib mobile, and strands of ABC cards above his crib.

I originally wanted to do a nautical theme but I am having boy/girl twins and was unable to find matching nautical girl stuff. So, I found matching "surfer" bedding in pink and blue. Their furniture is antique white and I am having the wall each of their cribs is against painted with stripes to match their set. I also had surf boards made with their names on it to hang over their cribs. I still have more stuff to think of but it's all coming together!! :)
