Bowling?
Work put together a bowling event and I am wondering if bowling is okay? I'm 11 weeks tomorrow.
Sorry if its a dumb question. I know nothing.:)

I don't see why not. I pick up my 6 year old DS and he weighs 45 lbs, so I'm sure a 10 lb ball is fine

Bowling?
It's fine. I bowled on a league until I was 37 weeks with my daughter. Now I wouldn't recommend that lol but going once I a while is fine. Just don't overexert yourself with a heavy ball.
