How did you wash them out, in the sink? Did you use their tap water for bottles or BRING or BUY bottled water?

DD is on 1/2 formula, 1/2 whole milk now but she can do formula while we're gonna..maybe milk at dinner or during the day

How many bottles would you bring for 6 days?

Re: Bottles and traveling to caribbean

We took a ton of bottled water in our luggage. It was totally unnecessary because the resorts provide bottled water everywhere. I say just use the bottled water at the resort. You don't need to lug it on a plane.

I was overly prepared for our trip. I made DH put together a gigantic medical kit with everything wrong that could possibly happen.

eta: we took one of those electronic water boilers to sanitize DS's bottles and pacifiers. We would wash the bottles with tap water, then rinse the bottles with bottled water, then boil them in the water boiler we brought. I was so paranoid that DS would catch a stomach bug. In hindsight, we may have gone a bit overboard.

Now that you said that I think I brought alot my microwave sterilizier and asked for a microwave in the hotel room! So I used that too after I rinsed the bottles.
