bottles and stuff
I haven't gotten any of the bottles and those type of things as presents and I am wondering if I am planning on breastfeeding is this something I really need to have on hand and should buy or is it something I can send DH out for later if necessary (or even buy on line)

Re: bottles and stuff
I also plan on breastfeeding but it's so unpredictable.. supposed my milk doesn't come in? Suppose baby can't latch? Lots of unknown. So for this reason, I purchased two Dr. Brown bottles just in case. Worse case scenario is that I don't use them.

Re: bottles and stuff
I got all the bottles and stuff at my shower and I'm now BF exclusively so they're just laying around. I'm holding off on pumping as long as I can, at least until 4-6 weeks which was the recommended time by the lactation consultant. If you're planning to BF I would hold off and DH can run out and buy the bottles in case of an emergency otherwise just order on Amazon Prime and get it two days later.

Re: bottles and stuff
I am planning to BF, but I did get a few bottles for a few reasons. 1-I am hoping to BF, however I don't know when the time comes if I will produce milk or be able to, and 2-I will be going back to work after 5 months, so I will need to pump and bottle milk anyway, so we definitely need them eventually.
