How often do you sterilizer your bottles?

They are washed in the dishwasher after each use. If we were not going to have to run the dishwasher they are boiled.

I did before we used them. So only once. Definitely wish I hadn't wasted money on a sterilizer!

Never! only before the first use.

Once something hits the air it is not longer sterile....so why bother. Soap and water works just fine.

I had been putting them in the sterilizer every night, but I stopped. I wasn't sure if it was necessary. Think I will be taking the sterilizer off my counter! Lol

We only got a sterilizer bc dd's milk protein allergy was so severe that there was concern for cross contamination with other foods in our kitchen. And we sterilized after each use/washing. After 5 mos., though, we did not at all.

Had it not been for the allergy, only before first use.
