Boston or DC with 9 month old

Or does it really not matter at that age? I want to plan a small get away for my bday in March for DH, myself, & DD. DH and I like to site see & hope to hit a zoo or aquarium...I've been to both cities but not with a baby... Also march is cold, but I'm thinking maybe DC would be Warmer than Boston???

DC has a lot of indoor museums, ect. that you could spend your whole day at. I went during January with DS who was 4 months & we had a great time. We did not go to a zoo or aquarium though...

I don't really know what indoor things Boston has to offer... without a kid, we'd always do restaurants & outdoor walking tours.

The National Aquarium in Baltimore is a personal favorite, so I would go that route. However, strollers are not permitted, so unless you have some sort of carrier (think Ergo, Baby Bjorn etc), you're better off in the other direction.

Thanks! So far DD hates the 2 carriers I have, but maybe by then she will like them...but HOW CAN THEY NOT LET STROLLERS INTO AN AQUARIUM?!?!?! Isnt that a place people bring their kids?

We just took DC to Boston. We went to the New England Aquarium and the Children's Museum. You could also take them to Boston Common for some play time.
