bored at work... what can i do with my time?
it's the "slow" season where i work. today, i've answered 6 calls... is there anything i can do with all this free time... my butt hurts

Is there anything at work you can do proactively? Like read up on something, start a project that does not have a deadline so you can do it during downtime, assist someone else?
