boots for skinny legs?

I have been looking for flat black boots forever ..the problem is, they don't fit my legs, bc my legs are too skinny (I know this isn't something I should complain about). But the boots I try on look ridiculous on me.

Does anyone know if:

a) there are any brands that run REALLY small in the leg (like 13")

or

b) if a shoe maker could take in a pair of boots?

I'm looking for something similar to this...



I don't really want the stretchy material, because it just slouches down, and I want something with a very low heel..no more than 1"

Should I just give up?

I have these in brown and I am OBSESSED with them...plus, they get me a ton of compliments! It says they have a 14" calf-I have tiny calves and they fit me perfectly snug under a pair of skinnies.

Don't give up! I searched over a year for the perfect pair of brown boots for under $300 that I wasn't swimming in.

I have narrow calves as well and it is not an easy task to find boots that fit well. Some sites offer a narrow calf search option.

I also have skinny calves and many times boots look ridiculous on me. These were not bad. This brand also makes a wide calf version, so make sure you are buying the regular ones if you order them.

Also...my Frye boots are perfect on my skinny calves!
