Booking a birthday party question
How early is too early? We booked dd's 4th b day party yesterday for late September. No invited have gone out yes, but I posted on fb yesterday that the party was booked. My sister is giving me flak because she claims it's
"soooo early.". I don't think it's that bad. I'm the first to admit we booked our youngest first birthday party way too early. I mean the pary was late march and invites went out in early january. The place did it, not us.
For this party, I plan on sending out invites first or second week of august, which I don't think iks too soon.
Give me your honest thoughts, please.

I love to plan WAY in advance. Because if not, life gets busy, and you could forget...then the place/date/time you want could be filled already!

I don't think it's a matter of how early you book it vs. how early some people mail out invites!!
But I am believer in 6-8 weeks notice for a party which I did not follow this year due to family stuff happening
But BOOKING a party early is no biggie...how else can you guarantee you get what you want Ignore her
