Booked our BEACHES vacation but thought of a few questions....

Booked our BEACHES vacation but thought of a few questions....
We will be going in July and our daughter will be one. If you have gone in July how hard was it to get a place in the shade by the pool or beach?
Any other advice as to what to bring for a 1 year old or what do do while we are there, would appreciate it.

I've never been, but have you tried looing at tripadvisor? You can probably get a better idea of what the resort offers.

Well, we've been FMing...but...I didn't find ANY trouble getting an umbrella at the pool. At the French Village pool there is an umbrella to every 2 chairs.
We went during vacation season and we got shade every time

We always bring his floatie boat w/ us- They can be very expensive at the resorts...Also, not sure if you are going out of country, but we had the unfortunate experience of not packing enough diapers and that was a nightmare trying to find his size and we payed $$$$$ !...So pack extra !
