Book Recommendation
I've been glued to this book:
Ina May's Guide to Childbirth, by Ina May Gaskin
I'm hoping to go natural and the Bradley Method course instructor recommended it. It's a great book whether or not you're planning on giving birth with meds. It is the most informative book on pregnancy and giving birth that I've read so far. It's empowering and took away a lot of my fears about child birth.
