Book rave

I just finished reading The Infertility Cure and I highly recommend it to anyone willing to pursue traditional chinese medicine either exclusively or in conjuction with western fertility treatments.

oh i read this too!!! i think its part of the reason i ended up doing acupuncture in conjunction with my western fertility treatments. as ive said a million times i truly believe acu lead to significantly better lining during my IVF cycle.

It was really an amazing book. And I was happy to read that a lot of what I am already doing/taking is recommended and I also got some more info that I'm really excited to implement.

Read this too! I actually still use it as a reference. When my acu Dr. gives me the herbs to drink, I look them up to see what they're for! I've been doing acu since July and also think it's helped with my lining but, my acu Dr.s who are MD's, well, they really don't want to mesh eastern and western medicine together so much. So I'm having alittle bit of a difficult time explaining Dr. B's protocols! I think I'll bring the book in to show them how east can meet west!

Yes...it is an amazing book. Another good one is "Fertility Wisdom" by Angela Wu. She is very strict though in terms of diet for fertility....which is my weakest area unfortunately.
