BONE MARROW or STEM CELL DONOR of Eastern European Descent NEEDED
FYI
Lisa Gershowitz Flynn, wife and mother of two young children was recently diagnosed with AML (Acute Myelogenous Leukemia). She is urgently seeking a donor match for a bone marrow or stem cell transplant.
If you are between the ages of 18 & 55 and of Eastern European (Ashkenazi) descent, get tested to find out if you may be a donor match! The larger the donor pool, the better the odds of finding a match.
Sunday, February 10 from 10:30am - 3:30pm
at Sid Jacobson JCC, 300 Forest Drive, East Hills.
Registration will be done with a simple cheek swab.

I tried to be a donor once before but I wasn't a match. I'm not Ashkenazi, but I wiill try anyway
