Bob's how are they with repairs?
Sofa is 6 months old, and has never actually been used yet, its in my formal living room
Moved it last night and leg completely broke off
Will they repair this?
I did not buy their protection plan

i did but their protection plan, and they came to repair a couple of pieces of furniture, and thejob was really lame.

we have our bedroom set and dining room set from them. we got the protection plan and although nothing really broke, we did have a couple of drawers in our dresser that started to rub and cause constant wearing of the wood....they replaced the whole dresser!
