I am so tired of playing chutes and ladders and candyland. Any other suggestions?

DS likes Pop Goes Froggio!, Hungry Hippos, Cootie, Don't Break the Ice, Hi-Ho Cherry-o, Memory, Toss Across, he still likes Elefun once in a while.

Lurking...
I work with preschoolers, and they love Flipper Frenzy (not really a board game, but deals with turn-taking and attention), and Curious George Goes To The Beach. I also have The Learning to Listen Pizza Palace game, which is a lot of fun.
