Bloody Show Maybe TMI...UPDATE
what exactly is this? Does it have to be mucusy?
I am just about 37 weeks and having pinkish/red thin blood.
Should I call the doctor or is this just part of labor?
ETA:
Well I went to the doctor to be put on the machines, im 1cm and 70% effaced, im having contractions.... so looks like this is the start of things. 
Hopefully  will be here before the weekend

when i saw this for the first time with my DS i called the doc and he said its probably not a big deal but a few hours later i was in L&D 4 cm dilated at 37 weeks
mine wasnt really mucusy just some blood

Mine wasn't mucousy,I saw blood in the toilet when my water broke.
