***...Bloodwork confusion

Ok...so yesterday I had my first sono and bloodwork since coming off the meds. Finished AF after a round of Provera.

So, of course, they couldn't see my right ovary in the sono due to my large fibroid. However, they were finally able to see part of my left ovary.

I finally get my bloodwork back today...

FSH: 61
E2: 32
BHCG: 7.5

OK...first of all...my body seems to be going back to its regular trend now that I am off the estrogen Kind of expected it. But where did this Beta result come from! The nurse told me to come back in on Monday to get the Beta rechecked. She said it was probably a false positive or could be signs that I am having a chemical pregancy. However, I only got AF due to the Provera. I havent gotten AF in 6 months because of my hormones (diagnosed with pre-ovarian failure)!!

So now I am more confused than ever. Dont know what to think. GRRR!! To top it off...I am away for the weekend in Myrtle Beach visiting my DH's sister and family. How am I suppose to remain upbeat for my niece's birthday if I don't know whats going on in my body?!
