I'm 8wks pg.

just had my first round of blood work, got back my results and the dr said my vitamin D level is low.

Can anyone recommend vitamins?

I take a regular OTC vitamin D supplement - whatever the cheapest one was from CVS. My vitamin D has been fine since (I also was told low at my first appointment). I take it at the same time as my prenatal.

also you can help your vitamin d by increasing the amount of milk you drink, some fruits like bananas are rich in vitamin d if you want to go the natural route

i feel like everyone has low vitamin d!

i take some capsules from duane reade. totally generic ones.
