Blood Sugar?
Sorry if this is a dumb question...if your blood sugar is low how do you raise it?
Eat something with sugar?

Yes, eat something w/sugar...or drink a serving of juice. It takes only a little bit of sugar to raise it. My blood sugar goes low (I get the shakes and the sweats) if I don't eat enough fat, fiber or protien w/my carbs.

Yup!!! Even candy. I had an episode with low blood sugar one day and my dr. said I did the smartest thing, I popped candy in my mouth. Instant sugar. Because of this I've become a constant grazer...I feel like a cow, always chewing.
