Bloated feeling
Today for the first time in my whole pregnancy(I am almost 22 weeks) I feel this weird sort of bloated feeling in my lower abdomen and a weird crampish type feeling on my upper belly-like where the maternity panel hits. Is this normal??

I have felt bloated since 6 weeks and will occasionally feel cramping, but it is usually digestive issues. Sorry for the TMI.
