Blinds help
When we moved into our house we bought the cheap $3 blinds at Walmart in white and then put up cheap sheers. I now hate this.  This is my front living room.
The big window is a bay window and I'll be getting special window coverings for that to remove the sheers in the middle. I will be keeping the dark brown curtains just not have them open so much. I really like the roman shades but don't know what color to go with? Should I do brown to match the curtains or will that be too dark? Ivory? I am looking at these. Help!

eta: I love how your couch is caddy-cornered (sp?). Great idea. Your LR looks so pretty!
eta again: get both the brown and ivory - you can return to store with JCP. See which ones you like better. make DH hold them up for you.
Also - I have these roman shades from JCP - I love, love, love, love them! So just throwing it out there in case you wanted to do a stripe:
JCP - desert khaki stripe...
eta AGAIN - maybe as an in-between go with the Antique Ivory? It's darker than the regular Ivory.
