Blinds and Curtain rods

So what store to you girls think will be the cheapest for plain white blinds and curtains and rods?

Walmart
Kmart
Target

Any other suggestions are welcome.

FYI: DH are renting a friends house that doesn't have any window coverings. I know he has no intentions on doing this for us so I'd like to go has cheap BUT (nice of course) as possible. We will only be there for a couple of months.

Get the paper shades/blinds from HD - they actually make a kind that is kind of gauzy - they keep their shape better than the paper ones.

Cheap curtains and rods? Try Christmas Tree Shop and Marburn.

cheap curtain rods are at lowes! if you want wood ones. if you need the metal ones go to target they have the best prices

don't go to mauburne. they used to have the cheapest rods, but recently they changed the entire line and the prices are way to much for the product they are offering

mauburne has cheap mini blinds

but if you are looking for wood blinds or the faux ones Brylan home seems to have them the cheapest (I have not used them so I don't know about quality, but they look nice)
