bleeding after internal..
Is this normal? Im 37 weeks and I had my first internal today..I used the bathroom and when I wiped I noticed blood. It was a red and streaky...please tell me this is normal

Totally normal, I bleed after every internal. Doctor said it's from the cervix softening.

It never happened to me, but I think that spotting is pretty normal after an internal. The doctor didn't tell you that could happen?

Completely normal! They didn't warn me either but I happened to go to the bathroom before I left the office after my first internal and I came out hysterically crying and the nurses calmed me down IMMEDIATELY, saying it was 100% perfectly normal and fine!

The should've warned u but yes, completely normal. I had some too and my doctor told me to expect it
