Bleeding after an IUI
Today was my first IUI, I am not too familiar with the procedure and what to expect. But when I went to the bathroom there was blood on the toilet paper. Is this normal? The doctor said it was going to feel like a pap smear. It did, a very painful pap smear. But now I am crampy, bloated and bleeding. Is the normal? How long will I feel crappy? The doc didn't say anything about feeling like this. They even suggested we have sex tonight. I couldn't imagine!

I also had spotting after my IUI yesterday, from what I understand, it is normal. I just feel like crap today (as you know) with the bloating, and lifting my son doesn't help! good luck!

Thank you... it seems to be getting better. I just can't believe how crappy I feel. I hope you feel better soon! Luckily my husband is home and he is helping me.

Bleeding after an IUI
I have had some spotting after IUIs. My first IUI was the worst. Some IUIs I can BD after, and others I can't bc I'm in pain. Listen to your body and if you don't feel like bding tonight try tomorrow. GL
