Bland foods?
I have been experiencing SEVERE indigestion for the past 2 days....for the past week or so it was bad, but nothing like now. I usually feel ok in the morning, and then it hits after lunch.
Tomorrow I am going to try to eat just bland foods...any suggestions?
I was thinking:
english muffin with peanut butter
eggs
crackers
pretzels......
