Oh, the clothes she will inherit! Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds welcomed their first child over the holidays, and Us Weekly can confirm it’s a baby girl! As previously reported by Us, the Gossip Girl alum, 27, gave birth to their daughter near the couple’s Westchester, N.Y. home.

Following the news, a mysterious now-deleted tweet circulated the Internet suggesting that the couple, who wed in 2012, had named their daughter Violet. However, a source tells Us that the tweet was fake. The baby’s name is still unknown.
“The baby came early but everyone is happy and healthy,” another source told Us following the news on Monday, Jan. 5.

Ryan Reynolds’ wife isn’t taking too much of a maternity leave, either. The Age of Adaline star is already back to work promoting her site Preserve on social media.

"Happy New Year!!" the new-mom wrote alongside a colorful painting of beetles on her Instagram on Jan. 1. "Wanted to share a painting I made this year with the incredible @ashleylongshoreart. Best teacher ever! ;) Anyone recognize any of these bugs from anywhere else? (Hint some are also on my couch)."

Four days later, Lively added along with a snap of beetle pillows: "Thank you guys for kind notes about my painting! A few of you asked about buying it. It's a sentimental piece so it's up in my home, but because that piece means so much to me, I incorporated parts of it into my PreserveHome collaboration with @ashleylongshoreart."

Leading up to welcoming her mini-me, the blonde revealed to Us that being a mom has been a longtime dream. "It’s something that I’ve always wanted ever since I was a little girl," she told Us this past October.
